We do not store full credit card numbers.

  • Incorrect freight delivery conditions

If an order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

5. Shipping, Freight & Risk of Loss

Many products ship via freight carrier and curbside delivery.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier.

  • You are responsible for ensuring delivery access.

  • You must inspect freight deliveries at time of receipt.

  • Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Failure to properly document freight damage may void claims.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Manufacturer restocking fees, freight return costs, and condition requirements may apply. 

 

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Certain products sold on this website are made-to-order and subject to manufacturer-specific policies.
